Holistic Nutritionist Discovery Call Policy 1. Booking Process: Clients can book a discovery call through our online booking system, via email, or by phone. Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with the call details, including date, time, and duration. 2. Eligibility: Discovery calls are available to new clients interested in exploring our holistic nutrition services. Each client is entitled to one free discovery call to discuss their health goals and learn how our services can benefit them. 3. Preparation: Clients are encouraged to complete a pre-call questionnaire to provide background information on their health, nutrition habits, and goals. Clients should prepare any specific questions or topics they would like to discuss during the call. 4. Call Duration: Discovery calls are typically 15 minutes long, allowing sufficient time to discuss the client's needs and our services. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Clients should notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule their discovery call. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled call may result in the forfeiture of the free discovery call offer. 6. Confidentiality: All information shared during the discovery call is confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of assessing the client's needs and determining how our services can help. 7. Follow-up: After the discovery call, clients will receive a follow-up email summarizing the discussion and outlining potential next steps, including service recommendations and pricing. 8. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled discovery call without prior notice may be ineligible for a rescheduled free discovery call. 9.
